If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund minus the original shipping charge, i.e., the price of the product alone. Customer pays return shipping as well. Items should be in new condition and in original packaging, or equivalent.

A Return Authorization Number is required. Please call 855-247-9900 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once your product arrives at our factory it takes two to five days to process your return and to issue a refund.
